Steel City offers one hour speed and agility classes along with weight lifting classes.
At Steel City it is our mission to enable every athlete to reach his or her potential using natural, scientifically-based training methods. Specifically, we are focused on helping young athletes develop the five building blocks of superior athleticism: SPEED, POWER, AGILITY, REACTION, QUICKNESS.

FALL HOURS
Mon-Thurs 3:30 to 4:30
                 5:00 to 6:00
                 6:30 to 7:30
                 8:00 to 9:00

Fridays      4:00 to 5:00
                 5:30 to 6:30

Saturdays  11:00 to 12:00
                 12:30 to 1:30
       Closed Sundays
